Policies to note:
Subscriber Ticket Exchanges:
Subscribers can exchange tickets both within a performance run and from one performance run to another. It is not necessary to return the tickets to the box office in order to exchange. We ask that all exchange requests be made by phone, mail, or fax no later than 5 p.m. on the business day preceding the performance. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Senior/Student Discount:
A senior (65 years and older) and student (full-time) discount is offered in the "C" category seating, based on availability. We request appropriate identification.
Ordering Information:
To order tickets for any of our performances, call the Music of the Baroque Box Office at 312-551-1414.
Ticket donations:
Schedules change, and often at the last minute. If you cannot attend or exchange your tickets for your scheduled performance, we will accept returned tickets by phone as late as 15 minutes before the performance and send you a receipt for a tax-deductible contribution to Music of the Baroque. Tickets can be turned back by calling 312-551-1414.
Latecomers:
Latecomers will be seated at the first appropriate pause in the program. There may be performances where the seating break will not occur until intermission.
Children:
Music of the Baroque concerts are appropriate for most children age 8 or older. We ask that parents bringing children monitor them responsibly, keeping in mind their fellow concertgoers.
Facilities for the disabled:
As our performance venues are primarily churches built from the late 1800s to the 1950s, customers with disabilities are strongly encouraged to request assistance in advance of the concert by calling 312-551-1414.
Additional restrictions:
Smoking, food and beverages are not permitted in our venues. Camera use or recording and reproduction of any kind are not permitted. We also ask that you turn off or check with the box office manager any cellular telephones and beepers.
