"Baroque Beautiful" was a special live music event featuring members of our chorus, orchestra, and soloists, a special welcome from Music Director Jane Glover and Principal Guest Conductor Nicholas Kraemer, performances by flutist Sir James Galway and Baroque pianist Angela Hewitt--and a few other surprises.

Special 50th Anniversary Composer Portraits by Tom Bachtell

As part of our 50th anniversary celebration, Music of the Baroque commissioned New Yorker artist Tom Bachtell to create portraits of five major composers whose music we're performing in our anniversary season: Bach, Handel, Haydn, Mozart, and Vivaldi. A poster of all five portraits plus signed individual prints are on sale now and will also be available for purchase during the live broadcast.
