Join Music of the Baroque at Ravinia on September 5

Following last year's hugely successful Pavilion debut, Dame Jane Glover and the Music of the Baroque Orchestra return to Ravinia's intimate Martin Theatre on September 5 for a program featuring Handel's Water Music, Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 1, and Haydn's Symphony No. 102. Plus, internationally acclaimed violinist James Ehnes makes his Music of the Baroque debut with Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 3.

What Dame Jane Glover says about performing with James Ehnes:
"James Ehnes is a consummate artist, with a dazzling technique, an extraordinarily beautiful sound, and above all real heart in his playing. He was generous as a person and an inspiration as a musician. I can't wait to perform with him again."

What James Ehnes says about performing with Dame Jane Glover:
“I just found [Dame Jane's] music-making to be so natural and so enjoyable to play with, so I’m really looking forward to being with her again.” [Read music critic Kyle MacMillan's entire profile of Ehnes in the Ravinia Backstage Blog]
